Incredible!!

Wow what a truly incredible stay. This Villa and the wonderful staff here exceeded every bit of our expectations. The property was immaculate. The staff went above and beyond each day to make us feel welcome and cared for, and were also happy to drive us around to local spots with their complimentary shuttle. We could not recommend this villa enough. We will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future.

The Villa was very clean, spacious and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. As many other reviews have stated the temporary entrance area is not easy to find and feels unsafe if entering after dark. Near Seminyak beach, which was very unappealing, making the private pool a plus at the Villa.

We loved the location of this villa, tucked in off a busy road with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and beach clubs. Although close to things, it was such a quiet, peaceful villa. Lots of privacy which was also nice. The service was great, super friendly staff and breakfast delicious and fresh. We would stay here again, had a lovely time!

This property just did not match the expectation. Looks great in the picture but that’s where it ends. Yes I can see how it would have potential but the toilet was smelly and dirty, too many mirrors, the sheets were stained, the couches and chairs were all stained and the lobby is nonexistent and you have to enter the property down a smelly wet tiny alleyway. The pool was dirty and I wouldn’t use it at all just a complete disappointment. I feel like I wasted my money.

I Villa with a smile

With I villa being central and close to Kuta I must say first of all Great Location if you're into food and clubbing you're 5 mins away from some of Balis best kept secrets ie...try the cocktails from el Nacional or head to Waterbom water park....our Villa was room number 3 2brm with a fantastic pool an a huge swan to relax on haha...breakfast and afternoon tea was awesome and varies day by day in villa massage is just Devine but what makes I Villa so special is the attentiveness and the welcoming smile of all the staff Thankyou for making my stay one of the best so far..

Amazing stay!

Excellent stay. The staff was unbelievably accommodating, helpful, and kind. The perks you get with this villa are incredible: free transportation within Seminyak, free breakfast cooked to order, free mini bar (including snacks, sodas, waters, and beer), and free airport transportation. The staff helped arrange a driver to take us to a beach outside of Seminyak with ease. The restaurant Sarong across the street is AMAZING. Aside from Sarong, there are so many restaurants and bars nearby. If you decide to get room service though, the food was great and very affordable. Plenty of souvenir shopping in the area. The in-room spa options were fantastic... my husband and I both got 90 minute hot stone massages for about $70 USD total. The Villa itself was pristine. The entire outside is glass, but the bedroom has blackout curtains and the bathroom has blinds for privacy. The bed was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, and a safe. Each room was huge with high ceilings. Plus the private pool! I can't express enough how much we loved it. The one and only con I can think of is the lack of direct sunlight that was able to get into our villa because of the high walls surrounding the premises. My husband wanted to lay out by the pool in the sun but was only able to catch a small sliver of sunlight midday. I think the lack of sunlight is what caused the pool water to be so cold as well. This was an extremely minor setback though and didn't both us much.

The villa was perfect for our family of four. A lovely get away relaxing by the pool after exploring the local neighbourhood. We had breakfast brought to us each morning and afternoon tea (which was fantastic) when we were around in the afternoon. The staff were so friendly and helpful - really fabulous!
