This wonderful country villa is available to rent close to the town of Selva and occupies a large rural plot where you can enjoy the natural surroundings yet be within walking distance of local amenities.
It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a 12 x 3m swimming pool, ideal for swimming laps or for cooling off in the summer months.
The villa is well maintained and enjoys fabulous views of the countryside, mountains, and nearby village. The outside space is also well-kept and great for entertaining as it includes a covered terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining, a built-in barbecue, a large balcony terrace upstairs with seating and views, and of course a luxurious swimming pool with sunbathing area.
On the same level as the pool there is also a chill-out / games room with sofa seating and a pool table, perfect for all ages regardless of the weather.
Up on the first floor, the villa offers a comfortable lounge with sofa seating, TV and direct access to the balcony, plus there is a dining room with a long table, and a separate kitchen which equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
A unique feature of this holiday rental is a grandiose salon which boasts a seating area, a piano and fireplace where you can enjoy long evenings together.
This level also has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an office which is great for anyone who needs to work remotely while they are away on holiday.
The second floor has additional accommodation with an extra bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Furthermore, this wonderful holiday home has a small bodega, and a convenient laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
