A fabulous, fully-renovated boutique hotel in a lovely, walkable neighbourhood (Selva). The mountain vistas are stunning, and the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast buffet was the finest ever encountered in 70 countries over 45 years of travel. The basement sauna (free) is a first-class facility with 3 different options. The dining room was pricy, but the food was excellent. We truly enjoyed the cheese fondue and raclette. Parking was indoor and heated. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends.

The hotel was great. The service is excellent. The gentleman specifically helped us with guiding the local itinerary - really great. He also got the hotel connected with us on Whatsapp so that we could real-time contact for travel tips and restaurant recommendations if required. Few issues through on why the rating is not 5 star. The main one is related to the type of room - we specifically asked and paid additional for Mountain View. But we were given the City view. They said that this is the only room available. Bathroom does not have power outlets for charging bathroom devices. The spray wasn't working. Bathroom was spacious but the shower stall was very small - would have like more space in the shower stall. Lighiting in the bathroom wasn't enough for proper makeup / shaving. The dry sauna facility on the lower facility is excellent. Even though the hotel has parking, parking the car is a real challenge. There is hardly any space between cars. The gentleman at the counter helps with parking your car. But if he is not available then it is a challenge.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Don’t miss the breakfasts..yum! We stayed here for our entire trip to Dolomites as it seemed a central location. Regardless, plan on driving a lot to trailheads. Our room was really nice and clean. There wasn’t a/c but wasn’t missed in late June. The parking garage under the hotel is crazy tight .. you’ve got to have a car so plan on squeezing into a spot .. personally, we felt the parking fee was high for such tight parking. We loved the room and would stay again. I would recommend

Lovely and renovated hotel in a great location. We had a balcony room which was very nice. The breakfast was good and there are many different common areas to have a coffee or a glass of wine. On site parking was tight but very handy. Would stay here again.

The staff was among the best I’ve ever seen. Bernadette, Alex, and especially Serena made our stay extra special. Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service. She was Warm and helpful and remembered all our names. These guys deserve some kind of spirit award. Thanks for making our stay special.

We stayed at Hotel Acadia for 6 nights and couldn’t recommend it enough. The rooms are so comfortable, spacious and if you get a balcony, you will wake up to a wonderful view of the mountains. The breakfast has a wide selection including delicious pastries. The highlight for us though was the hotel staff. After long days hiking, it was so nice to be greeted with a smile and a genuine care to answer questions and provide their best service. Alex gave us a tour of the hotel, recommended excellent restaurants, parked our car and even arranged breakfast for us to take on our early check-out. We cannot thank him and the other staff members enough for making our stay such a memorable one.

Hotel Acadia was great to us. This area is a lot less touristy than other places we’ve stayed at in the Dolomites, and we felt so safe. Walkability is high as well, with lots of great food places around. Staff were conversational and accommodating with our early check out time, and even provided us with breakfast boxes the night before.
