Villa Monaco showcases minimalistic modern design with floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping bay views from every room. It seamlessly blends sleek aesthetics with ultimate comfort. Two spacious bedrooms (~35 sqm each) feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and ocean view. The 65 sqm open-plan living area includes a full kitchen, dining for six, and a lounge. Slide open the glass doors to a 50 sqm terrace with outdoor dining, a daybed, sun loungers, and an infinity pool overlooking rice fields and the ocean. A private yoga gazebo offers the perfect spot for sunrise stretches or sunset meditation.
