Amazing Resort which such lovely staff

Absolutely amazing stay at the resort! Would highly recommend for families, staff can’t do enough to ensure you have a lovely time. They always go above and beyond. If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Nice rooms and great service. The property is quite far out of town so you need to take a car at IDR50k each way to get into Kuta. The main down side was the pool layout, you could not have any sunbeds by the pool as pool was raised up on all sides. Bit of a strange design which made it hard to just relax by the pool which was a shame.

My stay at Novotel was last minute, due to travel issues between Jakarta and Bali. I wish I would have spent my entire time at Novotel. The beach was amazing and staff incredible.
