A fabulous place to stay

Wow, what a fabulous place to stay. An unexpected gem - we had a villa with a pool and it was fabulous. Heaps of space with a kitchen and sunken lounge. Batutu was just so easy from start to finish, all services are done via specific room WhatsApp- the food from the kitchen is delivered promptly, is well priced and is delicious. We hired a scooter and explored the area. Loved this resort and everything was top notch.

This is a very lovely and with great staff. The room was really nice with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very good too. My room was upstairs and it was away from everything which felt a bit unusual. Breakfast was nice but very limited range. They use personal WhatsApp ads a way to communicate which I thought was a great idea. My main concern was the location I didn’t like it as it was isolated from the main area and in an area that was very local. It also had a lot of motorcycle noise from the race track. And the dining area is weird no one seems to use I they all eat in their room and so the place really had little vibe. By the way the pool is huge and I enjoyed that.

This was our first time traveling in Indonesia and the staff at Batatu Resort were incredibly helpful in answering all our questions and setting us up with transportation, recommendations, and helping us navigate the area. They went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed with personal chats as we came and went - always filled with humor and warmth!! Delicious menu available for prompt and courteous room service, beautiful mature gardens on the ground, definitely more quiet than staying in Kuta proper, but good to realize resort is in a neighborhood though the grounds are secluded and private feeling! Highly recommend the private pool villa! We will stay here again 🌺🙏

It was a bit of a shock when driving from the main road to the property - at first it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere and seemed unsafe. We arrived at the property and were welcomed by really lovely staff, checked in and walked past reception and wow what an oasis - it was just like the photos - absolutely beautiful. There is nowhere around the villa to eat but there is a restaurant on site where you can order food anytime between 7am-10pm and there is transport available for a small fee to take you into the main area of Kuta where there are many places to eat if you do not want to hire scooters. Overall this place, the facilities and the staff were wonderful - I would definitely stay here again.

This is a unique and well-maintained property. The length of the main pool is greater than expected and extremely clean. The selection of minibar items is reasonably priced compared to many other resorts, allowing guests to enjoy themselves without worrying about excessive costs and making their stay more relaxed and enjoyable.

Amazing resort with beautiful rooms, such helpful and friendly staff, and good food. Spacious outdoor bath and shower, private (and a huge gorgeous shared pool). Everything you need is catered for. Convenient location - 5min by scooter from Kuta conter and a choice of surf beaches to explore nearby. Highly recommend this place.

We booked the room with the private pool and had a deluxe villa. it was perfect. Everything was gorgeous. The pool was clean. Little amenties were nice. the mini kitchen had coffee and tea. The bedroom was comfortable with a big tv and i liked the vanity! Outdoor shower has a beautiful ambience. The staff was friendly and we ordered off the menu and enjoyed the food. Communication was easy. You could message for anything anytime! We sat outside in the common area as well liked that too. We stayed a night then met with friends at another place. We ended up canceling our stay there after a night and checking back into this hotel because we missed it! It was my birthday and we just wanted a peaceful place. We had another villa the same style the second check in. The staff decorated the bedroom for a birthday surprise! It was such a sweet thoughtful gesture! There is currently construction happening for a reception area and even larger villas! More to come for this gorgeous stay! We will be back one day. Thank you all the staff for a wonderful birthday stay in paradise!

Situated just outside Kuta within easy reach of all surrounding beaches. The villas are scrupulously clean and chic and the private pool is so refreshing. The larger shared pool is huge and very quiet! The staff though really make this resort 4 star...they are so courteous, helpful and friendly, we can't praise them enough. The food too is really good standard at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this villa stay and we will definitely return.
