Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus leider direkt neben der Eingangstür. Ansonsten sehr schön und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Am Waldrand und dennoch sehr nah zum Strand, Lebensmittelmarkt, Restaurants, Erlebnisbad. Fahrradverleih ebenfalls in der Nähe, sodass man das Auto gut stehen lassen kann.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Einzelne Beispiele dafür: Ein beheizter Badezimmerspiegel mit drei Helligkeitsstufen, ein sehr bequemer Fernsehsessel, außergewöhnlich viele Küchenutensilien bis hin zu Tupperdosen - alles sehr sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Insgesamt fühlt es sich an, als hätte sich jemand sorgsam Gedanken darum gemacht, was es benötigt, damit man sich wohlfühlt.

Die Wohnung liegt angenehm ruhig und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die kleine Terrasse bietet Wind- und Sichtschutz. Der Weg zum Strand führt über einen recht steilen An- und Abstieg.

Entspannung in strandnaher, ruhiger Lage

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Wohnblock. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Internet-Anbindung ist super. Uns hat es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Man kann das Zentrum fußläufig erreichen. Der Strand ist ist schnell erreicht, wenn man einen Hügel überwunden hat. Man kann lange Strandspaziergänge in beiden Richtungen unternehmen. Eine Haltestelle des Rasenden Rolands befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit vielen lohnenden Ausflügen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet.In der Küche findet man alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist alles ob einkaufen, Strand oder Spielplatz in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.

Tolle Reise in sehr guter Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir waren wirklich begeistert, an was alles gedacht wurde. Sehr bequeme Betten (auch das Sofa); Küche sehr gut eingerichtet (Haushaltsgeräte und Hilfsmittel qualitativ sehr gut für einfaches Kochen), sehr viel Platz z.B. für Handtücher, Wäsche, etc. SEHR ordentlich! Direkt am schönen Südstrand gelegen. Der Weg durch den Wald ist teilweise steil, aber gut machbar. Baabe und Göhren in der Nähe. Supermarkt Edeka fußläufig gut erreichbar, zum Aldi/Lidl in Baabe keine 2 Minuten mit dem Auto. Haltestelle Bäderbahn (mit Kurkarte kostenfrei) und rasender Roland fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso das AHOI-Schwimmbad. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert.Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr gut durchdacht. Für vier Personen ideal.

Kurzer Kurzurlaub mit kurzen Wegen

Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet, modernes Bad, fast komplett ausgestattete Küche. Haben uns dort sehr wohl geführt. Kurze Wege zum Strand, Zugang gleich hinter dem Haus, ging steil bergauf, mit einem Kinderwagen schon eine echte Herausforderung.

Die Wohnung ist modern und gut eingerichtet, Küchenausstattung überdurchschnittlich Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig gut erreichbar Weg zum Strand: man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es ein kurzes stück relativ steil hinaufgeht. War für uns kein Problem, war auch genau so beschrieben. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zeitnah und problemlos Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung

Top ausgestattet - top Lage

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage war für uns super: Kurzer Weg zum Südstrand, Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Von Einrichtung/Möbel bis zu allen kleinen Dingen. Und in der Küche ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden. Kleine Terrasse für gutes Wetter! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Mit Haushaltsgegenständen, Reinigungsmitteln sehr gut ausgestattet. Schlafcouch unkompliziert ausklappbar und bequem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Seebrücke, Verkehrsanbindung, Fahrradverleih zu Fuß erreichbar. Nette, hilfsbereite Nachbarin. Kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne, moderne Wohnung

Das Einchecken klappte problemlos. Ein Anruf, Abstimmung und der Verwalter war zur Schlüsselübergabe da. Die Wohnung selber ist hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt eine sehr gut ausgestattete, chice Küche mit ausreichend Kochtöpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern. Einzig eine zusätzliche große Fischpfanne könnte nicht schaden. Alles in allem eine Wohnung in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der nicht vor Ort wohnt, war sehr problemlos und zeitnah.
