Be our guest in the Baltic Sea-Villa Lena. You will spend your vacation in a modern furnished apartment, with TOP equipment for four persons, own maritime pictures and a lot of personal charm - absolutely central and all only 4 minutes away from the Sellin beach. You park in the underground garage, use the elevator, put your bikes in a locked shelter and relax in the large living room with a comfortable couch and a dining table. From the large and partially covered balcony you can enjoy the hustle and bustle on the fashionable Wilhelmstraße. Two TV sets as well as W-LAN offer varied entertainment. The apartment has two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), a modern bathroom, underfloor heating and interior similar to the hotel standard 4****. For the longer stay there are 2 refrigerators and in the house a washing machine and dryer.

Perfect location.

The apartment is perfectly located for walking the area and is a nice size. We enjoyed the balcony as a place to sit and enjoy the mornings and early evening. The furnishings are just right and were very comfortable for our weeklong stay.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung rundum wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und auch bei Fragen stand uns der Gastgeber stehts zur Seite. Die Wohnung war sauber, sie hat einen großen Balkon den wir trotz des schlechten Wetters gern genutzt haben. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich in der Garage, welches in Sellin vom großen Vorteil war. Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub wir haben uns in Sellin und dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt vielen Dank nochmals dafür

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon und die Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Haus. Man kann die Umgebung sehr schön mit der Bäderbahn und dem Ortsbus kostenlos erkunden.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.Zweit kleine Abstriche allerdings: fehlender Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern ( Schlafzimmer) und die nicht zufriedenstellende Unterstellmöglichkeit unserer E Bikes. Die angebotene Unterstellmöglichkeit kam für uns nicht in Frage, da zu umständlich zu erreichen, Unterstellmöglichkeit zu dreckig und nicht sicher. Hier kann der Vermieter der Wohnung allerdings nichts dafür.Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr angenehm und vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder. Viele Grüße Und wenn Sie keine ehrliche Bewertung haben möchten dann fragen Sie doch gar nicht ernst. !!!!

Ostsee Trip

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm Am besten war der Balkon und das Frühstück welches wir dort genossen haben. Sehr praktisch war dass unter der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss gleich ein Bäcker war. Die Tiefgarage war auch optimal allerdings für größere Autos wahrscheinlich schwieriger insbesondere wenn man Fahrräder mitführt oder ein Dachgepäck. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es waren Filme und Spiele vorhanden für regnerische Tage sodass man sowas gar nicht mitbringen brauchte. Sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die tolle, zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal für verschiedene Aktivitäten.Man ist in wenigen Schritten am Strand, die Bäderbahn hält unmittelbar vor dem Objekt und der Bäcker ist im Haus!

Tolle Unterkunft

Waren für knapp eine Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Die Lage und Ausstattung sind Klasse. Zur Seebrücke sind es knapp 3 Minuten zu Fuß, frische Brötchen bekommt man beim Bäcker im Gebäude und die Parkgarage bietet einen sicheren Platz für das Auto. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Fantastische Lage Top Ausstattung

Lage top! Riesen Balkon, tolles Bad, super Betten, und mega Ausstattung. Da fehlt es an nichts, sowohl zum Kochen, als auch für den Strandausflug, es ist einfach alles da. Wir hatten viel zu viel Zeugs mit, alles ist vor Ort. Vermieter superfreundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Aufenthalt in Sellin

Wir sind zu dritt gereist und waren alle das erste Mal auf Rügen. Wir sind direkt Fans der Insel geworden, dazu hat sicher auch die sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung beigetragen, in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die tolle Lage der Wohnung in Sellin war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Sei es eine Fahrt zu den Kreidefelsen oder mit dem Rasenden Roland oder einfach nur zur Seebrücke bummeln. Kurz gesagt, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Seebrücke Sellin ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist in der Wilhelmstraße mitten im Geschehen. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Bäcker. Der allerdings erst 11.00 Uhr öffnet. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Wilhelmstraße, nicht weit zur Himmelsleiter. Garagenstellplatz optimal. Minuspunkt: Baustelle 2 Häuser weiter; wenn man den Balkon tagsüber nutzen wollte, wäre es zeitweise sehr laut. Aber nachts ist Ruhe und der Bau ist ja irgendwann fertig. Ich würde wieder dort buchen.

Beste Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Von A- Z ein toller Aufenthalt. Die wohl am besten ausgestattete Wohnung, die wir bis jetzt hatten, außerdem super sauber und ruhig, alles Bestens. Unten im Haus ist eine Bäckerei - sehr komfortabel, da jeden Tag frische Frühstücksbrötchen. 2 Minuten fußläufig zur Seebrücke. Jederzeit gern wieder und eine klare Empfehlung! Außerordentlich freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Vielen Dank für alles - wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. :-)

Baulärm

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön sie war Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Was nicht fair vom Vermieter war das er nicht darauf hingewiesen hat das in unmittelbarer Nähe keine 40m zur Wohnung entfernt 2 Großbaustellen waren die um 8 Uhr mit ihrer Bautätigkeit anfingen und somit war die Ruhe beendet.
