Nette, kuschelige Unterkunft mit Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Grundstück. Befindet sich in der Nähe des Beginns der Willhelmstrasse, auf dessen anderem Ende die Seebrücke wartet. Daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Frühstücken auf der überdachten Veranda macht Spaß, um die Ecke ist ein weniger einsichtiger Gartenbereich mit Stühlen, Tisch, Sonnenschirm und Grill wie Feuertonne vorhanden. Ideal, um mit Freunden abends lange draußen zu sitzen - allerdings sind die Stühle etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei der Einrichtung ist alles vorhanden, was man erwartet und benötigt - von Küchengeräten bis zum Fön. Klare Empfehlung!

Es war eine sehr sauberes Ferienhaus...man kann auf dem Grundstück parken und den kleinen Garten nutzen...die Einrichtung war stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet und eigentlich alles vorhanden.

Modern eingerichtetes kleines Haus in ruhiger Lage. Küchenausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. Küchenmesser alle stumpf. Trotz Lüftung permanent unangenehmer "chemischer" Geruch in den Räumen.

Saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Und alles dabei, was der Urlauber benötigt. WLAN ist genauso dabei wie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Eine ruhige Bleibe, nur der rasende Roland ist zu hören. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern einfach und schnell. Und das Beste, einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Also wirklich vor der Tür. Das einzige Manko, dafür gibt es keine Abzüge, für hungrige mobile Endgeräte sind nach einigem Suchen auch Steckdosen zu finden. :)

Es stimmte alles, von der Lage bis zur Sauberkeit. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, einfach alles stimmig. Wir empfehlen dieses Häuschen zu Hundert Prozent weiter.

Wir waren im Oktober für 3 Nächte im Sonnensteg. Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig und weit abseits der Hauptstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Nord- und Südstrand sind fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sie ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir haben uns einigermassen eingerichtet in dem kleinen Häuschen. Wir müssen einen Stern abziehen, da ein paar Dinge uns gestört haben. Die Küche war eher schlecht ausgestattet. Ein Topf hat eine grosse Beule am Boden. Damit kann man nicht kochen. Es fehlte an Dingen wie Schere, Brotmesser und Nudelsieb. Sehr schade fanden wir dieses sehr unbequeme Sofa. Einen gemütlichen Abend vor dem Fernseher konnten wir da nicht haben. Im Schlafzimmer gab es leider keinen Fernseher. Ausserdem hätten wir uns ein paar Mückennetze gewünscht. Um den Fön zu benutzen, haben wir uns ein Verlängerungskabel gekauft, da Steckdosen Mangelware sind. Auf der Terrasse haben wir allerdings sehr gern gesessen. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem und gemütlich. Daher denken wir sind vier Sterne angemessen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für zwei Personen haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, super Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Sellin hat alles was man braucht, Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Strand und mehr. Wir waren für eine Rügenerkundungstour für eine Woche in Sellin und haben jeden Tag ( mit dem Rad und mit dem SUP) etwas Neues entdeckt. Kap Arkona, Königsstuhl, den Bodden mit den kleinen Dörfern ringsherum, einfach traumhaft. Da wir nicht alles geschafft haben zu erkunden, kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder, auch gerne in das Ferienhaus von Fam. Kuschel.

Es ist ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus. Für 2 Personen optimal. Liegt nicht weit vom Strand.Es ist eigendlich genau so wie beschrieben in der Anzeige. Wir hatten rundherum einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
