These bright and inviting 2-room vacation apartments measure approximately 50 square meters and are furnished in a modern and comfortable style.



The living room features a seating area, a dining table with four chairs, and a dresser with a flat-screen TV.



The large balcony terrace, furnished with four chairs and a table, extends the living space. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, sunbathe, or wind down in the evening while watching the sunset—anything is possible. 

The well-equipped built-in kitchen, integrated into the living room, features a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.



The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with two nightstands and lamps, as well as a spacious wardrobe. If needed, the sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) in the living room can be made up to accommodate two additional guests.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, hair dryer, shower, toilet, and washing machine.



Guests staying in this vacation rental can use our free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available per apartment.


If you’re traveling with bicycles, they can be stored in a large garage. There is an electrical outlet there where electric bikes can be charged. Additionally, our bike rental shop, 2-Rad-Sellin, is located on the first floor of the neighboring building and will be happy to rent you modern bikes, including electric bikes. A discount applies starting on the 4th day of rental. Dog trailers, child trailers, helmets, child seats, and dog crates can also be booked on-site.

The local visitor’s tax is extra and must be paid on-site.

At the end of this promenade in Sellin lies the famous Sellin pier with its diving bell and the dock for boat tours. It’s just a few minutes’ walk along the historic seaside architecture to the pier and the fine-sand beach of the Baltic Sea.

Several times a day, the free Bäderbahn train departs right in front of Haus Greta, taking you to nearby attractions such as Sellin’s South Beach, the water park at Seepark, and the harbor on Sellin Lake—to name just a few.



In the neighborhood, the well-known Sellin restaurant “Altes Postamt” awaits you daily with its culinary offerings. Where letters were once stamped and packages and telegrams sent out into the world, fresh meals are now prepared with passion using high-quality ingredients and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff.



The Haus Greta vacation rental was newly built in 2009. The six modern two-room vacation apartments feature triple-glazed windows, measure approximately 50 square meters, and are equipped with modern and comfortable amenities. Thanks to the central locking system, you’ll need only one key for the building entrance, your apartment door, and the garage door. Using the intercom, you can check who’s at the door and, if necessary, activate the automatic door opener. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, granite flooring, are furnished with high-quality furniture, and offer Wi-Fi. The bed will be made with fresh linens upon your arrival, and two hand towels and a bath towel will also be provided. A travel crib and/or high chair can be added to your reservation for a fee, subject to availability.
