This hotel has clean rooms, great location (end of the metro line 3, Galieni station has only 200 meters far away) and good accessibility. On the other hand, it's not very good about facilities and services. In the breakfast you can not find special thing.
i stayed in reseda 6th nov for 4 nights. all staff that i intercoursed with were so friendly and helpful .breakfast was decorated nicely and adequate variety except boiled eggs!!!! because every morning the eggs that i put to be boiled were taken by others!!just kidding. rooms are tiny but not bothering.most important factor about reseda is cleanness.if you arent sensetive about your accomidation this hotel will satisfy you
I visited this hotel last week. It is a very clean and tidy hotel. However when we arrived it seemed very disorganised, we had to wait at least half an hour whilst they found our booking on the system. Once that was found we went to our room and tried to charge our phones and there was no power in the room sockets. We went to buy a new phone charger and New travel adapter thinking it was one of them faulty. We then realised it was the power outlets as the tv was not working. We called reception and said someone would be out to look them. They eventually were working on our last night! no apology or offer to move rooms or help with charging of sockets. The last thing that did it for me on how disorganised this place was - the breakfast system. We were told to just wonder down to the area between times when we wanted to eat. We were then told we could not eat breakfast as we had not paid for it. This was not to case as we had paid for bed and breakfast. We went to reception and after another long wait the lady eventually marked out some tickets and we were able to eat. And then when we went to leave they wanted use to pay again although it had been pre paid when we booked months ago! Please organise your hotel and management, it doesn’t take a lot!
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which is situated at the end of the No 3 line Gallieni, only a few stops from Republique. It is basic, but clean, the small bar is reasonably priced, the breakfast is ample and 7.95 Euros. The staff on the front desk are friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the local area and beyond. Sure the rooms are small and the bathroom compact and bijou, but as a clean place to lay your head, it's great value for money. You won't find any English channels on the TV. The location was good in terms of transport links and there is a shopping centre right next door, with a number of fashion stores, McDonalds, Auchen superstore and eateries. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a budget friendly option.
Clean! The stuff is friendly the rooms are clean quite place so more than that you must check by yourself!!! Near to the metro station 5 min walk princess are rezonable !!!! You must try it and you'll get i love with it!
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Reseda, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was not spacious but not very small also, hence good for money. Breakfast spread was nice. Bus stop and metro station are very easily accessible from here, one will easily find fast food joints like Mc D, Sub Way, pizza joints, Thai and Indian restaurant easily. Overall a decent hotel with polite staff.
It was the cleanest hotel we stayed in for our price range. Staff was friendly, we were able to use the microwave any time we like (very helpful with a toddler) & 20-25 minutes to paris with a car depending on traffic. **With a car- parking is VERY limited (8 spots or so not counting handicap) the first night we struggled for almost a hour. There is a nearby lot they suggested but it took 30 min to find and we failed to find the exit out of the lot (another 30 min). The pedestrian exits were leading to nowhere in the dark. Later, after bringing the car back to the hotel out of frustration; the front desk told us it’s closer to the hotel to walk out the same parking entrance driveway. Anyways, it was 2am and they let us park our car on the side of their building.
We have stayed in this hotel. Near from metro line 3 (green) and that is super important because if you want to visit Paris you will need all the days to take the subway (is convenient to buy full metro pass we bought 3 days and it was the best option). Also when you do the check out you can leave your luggage in order to use your last day in Paris. Outside the metro station you can take a bus (351 to Rosse...) and it will take you to Airport Charles Gaulle (with your full pass ticket you can use it -if it is available yet)
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Very nice, clean and neat. Room was spatious with a nice bathroom. Only two things I would say were on the down side are the fact that you can not open the window and the lack of fridge in the room. Breakfast decent, nothing special but croissants and baguette is yummy. Staff very polite and nice. Loved it there.
I wish i had taken more notice of the reviews prior to staying at this hotel. When people have said its in a great location, it couldnt be in a more run down area with not one shop in site. It takes 50 minutes on a bus to the louvre (the area to be with all your shops, restaurants etc). It takes over 35 minutes on a tram to get near anywhere you want to be. From the airport to the hotel we couldnt work out where to get the bus from so we just got an uber, this took over 40 minutes to get to the hotel. We spent more time travelling to and from the hotel to places, than we actually spent at the sights. The metro & bus are stiflingly hot so if you do go in august like we did, its unbearable for this length of time. Especially the met, if you google this its one of the worst in europe for being over 35 degrees during summer underground on a met for a long period of time. We didnt think the travelling would be the issue that it was but when it gets to say 4/5pm and you want to go to the hotel for a quick change, it takes 3 hours before you arrive back to where you need to be. The area around the hotel: Homeless institution is right on the doorstep, They literally surround the metro entrance & we saw various gangs of younger men lurking around the area which as a young couple is very unnerving. I would never in a million years bring children to this area (please take the warning on this seriously). There is not one shop within 2 miles of the hotel, i have checked on google maps as well scouting the area myself. The hotel has a pretty rubbish bar, and a small drinks machine but this is it. The room: EXTREMELY small. When i say small, you literally have to stand near the door to allow someone else to get to the otherside of the room. The room was suprisingly very clean, and cleaned each day of our holiday. The reception staff are brilliant, a young lady went above and beyond for us when it came to navigating to the city. Check in & check out, very smooth process. All in all, an average hotel, with staff that save the hotel from being a disaster, but in a truly horrible area. Okay for a young couple (who are on their guard at all times), definetely not familys/children or under 20's on their own. We came on 25th August- 28th august.
