Dirty, Smelly & uncared for

The hotel was filthy, room were not ready for check in, had to wait 2 hours and they still where not clean to a good standard. No facility mentioned when booking was offered, the entire hotel had no hair dryer or iron. Breakfast has no cooked option and was ridiculously expensive. Hotel staff did not seemed bothered about delivery or caring out customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, please do not waste your money, guest comfort is not a priority for them.

I was staying here as it was very close to an event I was attending. Check in was abit confusing and slow but once that was done room was average but I was only using it for sleeping. Two issues I had was once I got my room and was sorting my bags out either an housekeeping manager or other manager came into my room asking me to leave to which I said I've only just checked in also on my last night loud music and extreme banging within the rooms and corridors late at night and nothing seemed to of been done about it.

run down hotel but convenient for bus station

entrance very run down. staff in ibis hotel not hopeful at directing to Ibis budget). Room clean but run down and scruffy (discoloured paintwork and flooring in bathroom) It was hot and no aircon and not able to open window. Otherwise bed clean and comfortable, basic but functional. convenient for bus station. if it had been 50euro rather than 100 i would have been happy

Filthy!

Dirty room, floor not even swept, towels not clean, no air con and window only opened an inch so didn’t sleep as it was too hot. The surrounding area is awful, for £80 a night it was very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
