Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead. If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas! Peace & love, Carrie

The ordinary room was awful, so after the first night we upgraded to a suite. In spite of showing the ‘make up room’ tag, the room was not serviced.

The Hotel looked tired. The aircon in the room did not work and the windows did not open. The service was good, especially in the restaurant. First time I have ever staed in a Hotel with no phone in the room, wierd. The room could have been cleaner , towel in the bathroom was dirty .

Nice new hotel with comfortable bed, fast WiFi (250mbps!), and good breakfast! They do have some on-site parking as well but it’s a tight lot, so no trailers.

Very good hotel with a very good location close to shopping area near by and not far to downtown. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very good as well. I would definitely come back.

Terrible hotel.

Hotel is very mediocre, very cramp, no room to move around much. Advertising smart TV 73 inch but there is a small, not smart Tv. Bathroom design is terrible, there isn’t a single shelf or hook for toiletries, and no rack for towels in the bathroom. The shower recess has no barrier or even a cheap curtain, after a shower the whole bathroom and toilet are drenched. There is also fault advertisement for free Carpark. The hotel provides about 6 car spaces, and there never seems to have any available car parking space. We booked a room for 3 and we asked to have the sofa bed made up. Not only the sofa bed wasn’t made up, we have to ask the reception staff twice before someone ran around a long time to find us some sheets and a duvet. I would not recommend this hotel considering the poor service and the terrible room and bathroom design.

Relatively new hotel a short walk from IKEA, other shopping, and a good garden centre. Most of the area is commercial with pleasant housing to the east of the commercial complex. Nice reception area / restaurant area and very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

TyvÀrr sÄ intrÀffade en sak under min första natt som absolut inte fÄr hÀnda som fick mig att lÀmna hotellet dagen dÀrpÄ. UngefÀr 01.15 vaknar jag av det blir ljust i rummet nÀr min rumsdörr öppnas! Jag skriker hallÄ och den stackars gÀst som precis Àr pÄ vÀg att gÄ in i mitt rum blir lika rÀdd som mig dÄ han inte förvÀntar sig att det redan ska finnas en gÀst i det rum han precis fÄtt! Han förklarar att han precis checkat in och och ber mig om ursÀkt och försvinner. Min puls Àr nu sÄ hög att jag beslutar mig för att inte konfrontera receptionen pÄ natten dÄ jag riskerar att sÀga ett eller flera mindre genomtÀnkta ord till dem och försöker att somna om. Detta Àr nu lÀttare sagt Àn gjort och jag flyger upp sÄ fort nÄgon annan dörr öppnas i nÀrheten. PÄ morgonen kontaktar jag receptionen som bara sÀger typ "hoppsan" och det stÄr att du ska jag bo i ett annat rum. En dÄlig ursÀkt och att vi ska skriva en rapport pÄ detta var allt jag fick till svar. Efter att ha passerat receptionen flertal gÄnger under dagen utan nÄgon kommit med en bÀttre ursÀkt eller förklaring sÄ beslutade jag mig för att checka ut för jag vill inte ha objudet besök en natt till.
