Top Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Man ist super schnell am kleinen Skilift und im Dorf. Mit dem Bus geht’s auch Ruck zuck zum größeren Skigebiet. Die Wohnung ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Matratzen recht schmutzig, Fußboden kaputt, Teppiche recht schmutzig. Löcher in den Wänden sind mit Deko abgedeckt. Wenn man ein wenig vom eingenommen Geld investieren würde, dann wäre es eine Top Wohnung.

Gute Lage

Die FeWo ist groß und war sauber. Das Objekt ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze im Doppelbett muss dringend erneuert werden, den Lattenrost haben wir notdürftig repariert. Die anderen Betten sind gut. In der Küche riecht es nach Fett aus der Dunstabzugshaube.
