We are located in a sub-division with each house having approximately 2.5 acres bordering the National Forest. This is one of the very few areas in Sedona that allows horses. SHARED INFINITY POOL:
☀︎Outside your front door, stairs ascend to the infinity pool area with comfortable lounges for sunbathing and relaxation.
The infinity swimming pool is located adjacent to the Villa, positioned higher on the hillside near the main house. This pool area is shared only with guests of the main house and studio (which accommodate just 2-4 people each). Due to the elevated terrain, the pool is not visible from your Villa, you have your own walkway to the pool from your Villa. Please be respectful in this shared sacred space.

☀︎There is no lifeguard, swim at your own risk.

POOL: The shared infinity pool is not heated. This is the only shared space.

NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential sanctuary, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: To preserve the serene ambiance of Sedona for all our esteemed guests, we kindly request that outdoor noise be minimized after 10 p.m.

MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps up to 4 people.

PARKING: You will have your own private covered parking spot

THINGS TO NOTE: We do require a Pre-arrival form and rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. Please note, all rental agreements and guest screening must be complete prior to receiving the code.
