We stayed at the Pines for one night. Great views, excellent service, and room was comfortable and spacious. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette equipped with all items which met all our needs. The pool was sparkling clean and we enjoyed sitting on the swing as the weather cooled down. We were so impressed with this place, we booked another stay next month for our anniversary. Would highly recommend this motel. Thank you to the office staff for the information and answering all our questions with a smile. William J.
We have stayed here several times before and our rooms have always been so clean and well maintained. We love to spend the night after we have taken the Verde Canyon Railroad, due to the convenient proximity to the train. This recent trip, we decided to book the Grand Suite. It was incredible! It had a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room, courtyard and deck with amazing views. We love this place! Martha was so incredibly helpful and caring. We would highly recommend this motel to everyone.
Decided to spend a couple of nights here instead of Sedona because of low availability and high prices. Its an easy 20 minute drive to Sedona and there are a number of other National Monuments and a casino nearby too. The place is very easy to find and within walking or driving distance to restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equiped and very clean. The bed was comfortable and toiletries are provided. There is also a nice pool (unheated) and a number of nice seating areas. There is no breakfast but a number of cafes and a Dennys are close by. My advice is to stay here and save a ton of money rather than paying Sedona prices and facing Sedona traffic,
Friendly, helpful front desk lady. Told us how to get to a great breakfast restaurant, Randall's. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Had a refrigerator, microwave, coffe pot. Quiet to sleep with a continuous fan blowing on A/C. Good price at $112 for 2 beds.
My husband and I spent two nights here. I was attending the Verde Valley Birding and Nature Festival and my husband was exploring the town. I found this listing on Trip Advisor and booked direct with the hotel. I chose to book a Mini suite that included a refrigerator and kitchenette. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to routes into Cottonwood and within easy distance of gas and food. I really liked the commitment to recycling.
Vacation in AZ with 80 year old Mother, my boyfriend and me. Sedona is SO expensive to stay. Chose Cottonwood. Booked direct with the hotel. I thought the rate was VERY GOOD compared to what we could have paid. Was in Room 109, with a Kitchenette. Really comfortable, CLEAN and the kitchenette was stocked with the necessities that we could make our own meals. Beds were comfortable. Management was VERY nice checking in and housekeeping was very responsive. (Extra couple towels). WORTH THE STAY and WILL STAY AGAIN!
Our room was Very Clean, small, but no worries whatsoever about anything lurking when the lights go out. Situated within walking distance of 5 restaurants that I counted within eyeshot on the corner. Accommodating night manager even delivered a wine corkscrew to our room!! Tucked in just off of the Camino Real street, its a little tricky to find, but, seriously, Happy Trails, my family and I would stay again!!
Stayed the nights here. Cute, small hotel. Very clean and central to the areas that we were visiting. Staff was very accommodating. Only issue was no hair conditioner or lotion, store was nearby. The map was a bit off aas it didn't have street names but suggested restaurants was useful.
Our room was in the back building and quiet. Parking is a little challenging when you drive a big vehicle and the hotel is full. The rooms are comfortable with all the amenities for a longer stay such as a fully equipped mini kitchen where one could prepare simple meals.
What an amazing place. Green hotel. No plastic waste. Electric car charging if you wish. Friendly family and terrific room with a view. What a find. Will tell everyone I know. Bravo Pines for going green!
