The private hotel room is located on the 2nd floor equipped with two Queen beds, full bathroom and Private balcony overlooking uptown Sedona and the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Newly constructed Hot Tub and remodeled swimming pool is NOW OPEN! Come relax on your private balcony with your favorite beverage. We look forward to hosting you.

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax. Failure to show up at property is deemed a no show and guest will be charged the full amount of the guest stay including taxes.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Other standard amenities include dryers, balconies, and microwaves. Change of towels is available on request.

Great Stay

Great location within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and much more. Don’t let the size fool you. This place has a lot of nice modern touches, excellent amenities, and great aesthetic appeal.
