Amazing Red Rock Rental

My husband and I were in Sedona for my nephews wedding, chose this place for proximity to venue, boy did it deliver. The place has so much character, thought into every detail, no mismatched kitchenware, extras you made need in case you forgot them(ie disposable razor, lotion, etc). We were greeted with fresh flowers and a snack basket, coffee and bottled water provided. It had 2 air conditioning units that had a remote control to manage the temp, cool n comfortable. The views from the deck go without saying, so gorgeous, loved being able to walk to Uptown, no problem. It is always nice to stay somewhere that has a comfy bed, this one does! As you probably figured out, we loved our stay and would highly recommend it:)

Great place in Sedona

The property was lovely, great views and location. The hosts have thought of everything, so many little touches. Fresh flowers on arrival, welcome message, snacks, lots of information about what to do and places to eat. Highly recommend Greg and his team if you need a great place to stay in Sedona.

Perfect Get Away!

The moment we opened the door, we felt at home. The welcome note and fresh roses with spa music in the background was a wonderful way to be greeted after our long travels. It is in a perfect location walking distance into town and plenty of amenities to stay in and make meals. This really is an "uptown gem!" Great location for exploring Sedona by foot or by car, with easy parking and easy access to the unit. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. All of the furniture was very comfortable, especially the king-size bed and the living room sofa. Great Home, Great Location

This house is exactly as advertised, if not even better. It’s walking distance (a long walk, but still...) from a bunch of fun local bars, restaurants, and shops. It’s also a short drive from the other parts of Sedona and all the hikes. We LOVED it here! Greg, the owner, was also super responsive to our two questions we had during our stay. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!

Wow! So many extras

We stayed 5 days at Greg's place, and couldn't have imagined any better. First, the space is bright and airy with sliding doors and windows on all sides, and a skylight in the kitchen. Views all around. In the winter, all that light is wonderful, and in the summer, there are blackout shades to keep out the heat. Tile and wood floors feel clean and open. Touch of a button for the electric fireplace, which added nice ambiance and heat on cool mornings and evenings. Stocked kitchen with an electric grill on one of the 2 decks led us to stay in and cook almost every night. Sedona restaurants aren't inexpensive, so having nice facilities to eat in was an easy option. Other extras: - trail mix, popcorn, fruit bars, candies — a plethora of snacks - full Keurig carousel and other coffee choices - bottled water and fresh flowers ! - robes to use and even slippers !! - towels galore and several pillow choices - more bathroom amenities than any hotel (thanks for the Tom’s toothpaste) - cleaning and laundry supplies - keyless entry so you're never locked out - well soundproofed from the downstairs unit There's a short hill to walk up from Uptown, but honestly, unless you’re without a car, you’re probably going to drive elsewhere most evenings. Uptown is quite touristy, though very convenient. We were so happy with this rental. Greg was responsive to my few questions, and manages his properties very professionally. Clean and serene, well-stocked, and comfortable. No negatives at all.

We have used VRBO for many years. This apartment was outstanding. Very clean, exceptionally well-stocked and a short walk to uptown Sedona. Greg, the owner, was accessible and friendly. The goodie basket in the kitchen was a welcome treat. My wife and I had a tremendously enjoyable 4-day stay. Sedona is breathtaking. This apartment is a great base to explore all that Sedona has to offer. I would definitely return.
