The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed in the breakfast because there was no tea (only coffee) and only a few slices of white bread, no muffins, bagels, or English muffins.

Places to stay in Sebring are very pricey. The Croix Grand was the best price in the area. I think this hotel must have been amazing at one time. The layout is great with a pool in the centre. Our room had new flooring and the water has super hot and the water pressure was fantastic. We had a tv that wasn’t working properly and I called and they replaced it promptly. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was okay but still a nice option especially if you had a family to feed. There is laundry facility and you can download the app to use which worked great. I would just like to have seen them wipe down the laundry area and sweep it daily. Pool was clean and nice. Things are just starting to wear and that part could be addressed better. Overall happy with our stay

The pictures are far better than the reality. The room was old and dirty. The door did not lock from the inside. There was no stopper in the sink, but there was plenty of gunk down the drain. Turning on the sink faucet caused significant sputtering/air. The shower head had brown build-up around the water holes. The paint was peeling. The metal toilet paper holder was rusty. The TV was analog with no NBC or ABC channels, but it did have 8 of the same shopping channel and 2 of the same 24/7 infomercial channel. One night, there was a smell of pot coming through the bathroom vent. Breakfast consisted of watery scrambled eggs, white bread for toast, mildewed oatmeal packets, a waffle maker. Overall, this hotel was unsafe, dirty, and definitely not what I thought I was paying for. The motel is owned by a group based in Dubai/middle east. I understand Hotels.com has a wide variety of hotels, but this one should definitely be removed from their list!

There people hanging out in the late hours. Someone was smoking pot right outside our room. There were low income families living there. The room was clean and staff was friendly but I did not feel safe on the property and will never stay there again.

The property was unsafe. Main lobby had broken windows. suite reeked of cigarette smoke door, not lock properly. Many people outside getting intoxicated in parking lot. Very uncomfortable. Seemed like they were doing section 8 housing. A lot of doors open and people traveling from room to room did not stay here as for a refund immediately then they told me I had to go through hotels.com and then tried to do that in hotels.com has terrible customer service very unhappy about the entire series of events. Additionally, when I went to book another hotel, I got it for much cheaper than what hotels.com was trying to charge me for a different location.

The room was just average. TV only had a few channels on it to pick from. Our first room smelled of heavy smoke even though it is non-smoking. Staff confirmed smell and moved us to a room that smelled better.
