As soon as we entered the parking lot, we thought “This is nice.” It is super clean and gives off staying in a mansion vibes. We loved the decor and hanging out by the pool overlooking the lake was so peaceful and beautiful. The rooms were modern although still gives off the old charming vibe. We loved the room service in the morning providing us breakfast. The food was very good. I would highly recommend staying here.

My CC was charged 3 times... 3 times and when I asked about it, it was explained to me as if I was a child and misunderstood. This is why my review is a 3 star. As for the hotel, it was a great nice stay. Just be aware when making payment.

The room was clean. Good hotel and location. Only negative I have is the beds. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I don't know if all there beds are that way,I can only say that the beds in the room I had was very uncomfortable. Other than that great place to stay for the money.

Staff friendly and professional. Garden and pool area outstanding, the crown jewel of the hotel. Big disappointment is that restaurant is only open for five meals each week - no breakfasts or lunches and only five evening meals. When it is open, bar and restaurant are very good.

I booked this property by mistake. It was actually an hour from where we needed to be. But we LOVED our stay. I’m so glad we didn’t cancel. The rooms are very clean. They actually use real cleaning products which is love. I normally feel like I need to clean my hotel rooms from top to bottom with a cleanser with bleach. But not here! I did wipe things down with a cleansing wipe but as I said, it was very clean. The beds were changed regularly. Breakfast is delivered to your room from an order you make the night before. The property is well maintained. You can tell that it’s a little older because they still use turn style keys and some of the layout but everything is put together well. The floral landscape with the colorful flowers outside the property is beautiful. It was a very relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again.
