We welcome you to our Coastal Retreat home! Relax on the covered patio in our heated pool! Please inquire for Boat and RV parking on this tranquil half acre property. This home features a beautiful pool view with direct pool access in the Master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and spare bathroom. The split floor plan is perfect for any multi-family arrangement. The Master Suite features a King bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and garden tub. Both spare bedrooms feature queen beds with TVs . The spare bathroom is a shower and toilet shared by both spare bedrooms. Garage parking for 1 car is available.

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.
-$50 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Stove/Oven uses gas and should be attended to at all times. The Gas alarm plugged into the kitchen outlet must remain plugged in at all times and will sound if gas is not properly used.
-Ring doorbell is located by front door
-Cars cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. Maximum 1 car in garage and 3 in driveway. Please inquire if unsure.
-Fireplace may not be used or accessed by guests.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.
-Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Accessibility to Pool & House Nice/Host Difficult to Deal With

We like the house and the decor was nice. top right shelf over the stove needs to be wiped down and some of the utensils need to be replace due to rust. The jetted tub in the master bedroom is broken. When I asked about the tub, he said it was listed as a garden tub. The host was difficult to deal with for me. I asked several questions: I wanted to know if there was cable tv as oppose to streaming. I also wanted to know if they kept the pool heated - it's heated 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pool water after 6 p.m. is acceptable. I wanted to know if the pool was enclosed, I didn't want to meet up with alligators in the pool (LOL). Due to me asking questions, he asked me if I wanted to cancel? I didn't see a reason to cancel simply because I asked questions. I thought 5 rolls of toliet paper was sufficient, unfortunately, my group had a problem with food poisioning, and on the last day at 9:30 p.m. at night, my Aunt suddenly became sick and ran out of toliet paper. I called the host hoping there was an extra roll in the garage, he was irritated with me and explained that they provide an initial supply of paper products. It was up to me to find more toliet paper. I wouldn't work with this host again, inflexible. Sebastian is nice, the town is small. If you like touring places, museums, etc., my suggestion is to get a place close to West Palm Beach or Miami. My aunt wanted to go to the Hard Rock Casino, 2 hrs drive.

Eddie was great to work with! We are locals and having work done on our house. Our AC had to be off for a week or so and the heat was just too much….Eddie got us in early and helped answer all questions. He also helped us extend our stay an extra day. The home was a beautiful retreat from the heat! We all enjoyed cooling off in the pool! It was super clean and had lots of space for the kids….also dog friendly! Thanks for all your help, Eddie!

Fisherman's Paradise

This house is perfect for the freshwater or saltwater as you are just minutes from the coast and some of the best bass fishing in the United States. This home has everything an angler needs. Plenty of space to park a boat or RV and the home itself is extremely comfortable with all the amenities. Plus, you get the professionalism of a premier host like Eddie Nero. Highly recommend this house and any property Eddie might have in his portfolio.

Perfect Getaway

This property was great. It is only a 15 - 30 minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches. (South Beach Park in Vero Beach and the Sebastian Inlet Stste Park are amazing). It is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is located close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was heated and perfect for a relaxing day "at home". The only downside (besides having to head back to NY) was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was extra firm and hard on my back. Other than that, i would definitely recommend this rental and my family and I would stay here again. I will also add that the property managers are great!! They are VERY responsive. You will not regret your decision to stay here.

We could not have asked for a better spot for our (much overdue) vacation! Having never gone thru VRBO before, I was super pleased with everything. The house and pool were spotless. Communications were clear and answered within an hour. House sits on a lovely lot. We were a party of 6 and found the house very spacious and stocked with all amenities. The grill was a huge plus. I'd definitely book again. Maybe longer next time :)

This home in Sebastian is a must stay! It is better then advertised. Eddie, the property manager, is available and answers any questions quickly. The whole home has been updated and is all new. The pool is an added benefit. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We have rented homes all over the world through VRBO and this is one of the BEST!
