Well maintained and equipped. Four bedrooms (all on the second floor). Fireplace in livingroom. Smart TV w/internet. Deck for afternoon sunning. Dock. Walking distance to local convenience store and restaurant. Great fishing, boating and swimming. Short drive to hiking and biking trails. Boat rentals short walk away. NEW half bath on the on the 2nd floor for 2025
