Experience this classic Maine cottage in a serene atmosphere offering stunning sunrise views over the water. This cozy 4-bedroom cottage offers ample space to spread out, featuring real pine paneling throughout. Additionally, the property boasts plenty of outdoor space for barbecues and horseshoe games. The level natural lot offers a clear view of the lake with approximately 16 stairs leading to the large sandy beach. Please note, the waterfront is shared (R.O.W. for Goodwin's Lodge). During the day, the dock can accommodate a 20' boat, but it must be moved to the mooring overnight. Sebago Lake is a vast lake with plenty of boating opportunities, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, offering over 40 miles of waterway. Enjoy the convenience of bring just a short drive from recreational activities and shopping.
