Spacious retreat with outdoor dining, patios and views

Beautiful light-filled 3+ bedroom Phinney Ridge home walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops yet on a quiet street. Custom chef's kitchen, luxury bathroom, office desks and a ping pong table! Relax in the verdant yard, dine under the glass roofed pergola (lovely in the Seattle rain!), and enjoy sunsets / mountain views from the upper deck. We love sharing our beautiful home. It's large enough to comfortably fit a large group, yet maintains an intimate feeling. Enjoy!

There are 3 large bedrooms with queen beds, private workspaces and closets - as well as an additional den with a trundle bed which turns into either a king or two twin beds. The primary bedroom and bath are on the upper level. The middle level has a 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room and dining room. The lower level has 2 bedrooms plus an extra den and large full bath. One of the lower level bedrooms has a huge walk-in closet which some families use as a nursery for a cot or a crib. There are 2 or 3 extra floor cots, 2 pack n' play cribs with sheets, and plenty of extra space in the bedrooms as well as common rooms to place the cots or cribs - as well as relax. The long driveway can accommodate 3 cars one behind another, and street parking is very easy as the street is all single family homes on large lots.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available on request.
