This is a great location in Redmond. Room is nice. The restaurant is decent but pricey.

Hotel is in a convenient location. Minimal amenities (outdated phone chargers, iphone 4).

The staff did not accomodate my son and I by not changing the room from a king bed to two doubles. We arrived at 2 am so were too tired to argue. The hotel charges a lot for parking. I would not have chosen it if I saw that ahead of time.

We stayed for our 4 yr wedding anniversary and we're very pleased. Room was great, service was great. We even went for lunch after checking out and they let us keep our car in valet until we were ready to go. Hotel was the perfect location for our trip being just across from the iPic theater and nice dining options. We'll be back.

Was pleased with the free valet parking for us, my husband is disabled with Parkinson's Disease. Service was quick and cheerful. Also was pleased with quick delivery of extra blankets at midnight - the light duvet wasn't enough for winter. Hotel was modestly decorated not over the top. Altogether our 2-night stay worked very well - days spent with family in their homes and nights in our own quiet space with our own bathroom. Nice!

Surrounded by many nearby trails. Great Farmer's Market too!

I went to a conference and seattle, and this hotel was the only on that had rooms available. It was very far away from the city (which is ok, as it is in Redmond), but its also kinda far from any bus stop that we could use. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for the night; extremely comfortable.

People were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect

Well located, comfortable place to stay in Redmond.

Very nice, Great location. The brunch was worth the extra 20$.

It was an amazing and awesome stay! Location was great, even thou, there so much to see and do!!

Great hotel - don't need car if you just want to relax and shop. Great shops and restaurants just across the road. Icing on the cake was IPics! Lots to do in the area - close to Seattle, lakes, shopping. Staff super friendly and efficient. Good breakfast - parking pricey.

We were upgraded to a suite without asking. The suite had a sweeping view of the Cascade Mountains. There were fabulous restaurants and theaters within walking distance.

Spent a long weekend visiting family....This was a quick exit off 520 into downtown Redmond....Once again, the staff at this hotel were wonderful.

The location was fantastic since I was traveling alone on business without a car. Right in the middle of an outside shopping mall, there is plenty to do and some nice restaurant choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We came for the shopping and a fun getaway. Great area walking distance to everything you need. The only thing was you had to pay to watch anything on the TV.

The Hotel and room was fantastic, and the staff were great. But !!!! , the noise in the lobby was unbearable, there were drunk young people playing drinking games and no one from the hotel did anything. It does not leave a good impression when you walk into the hotel and there are 25 drunk people 10' away from you playing drinking games, with liquor everywhere. When we pulled up to the valet parking I could not here the Valet because the outside music was so loud. We went downstairs , to the outside in the morn to enjoy our coffee and the beautiful weather and the music that is being played is so loud we had to move a block away to escape it , I'm serous it was that loud. I'm talking about the music that is piped into elevators and hotel lobbies. The rooms are clean and quite though.

I couldn't believe what a great hotel it was for such a low price. Perfect location. Walk out the hotel front door to coffee shops, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Saturday market right behind the hotel. So much to do within walking distance. Several great parks nearby, as well. Easy trip to Seattle or Lynnwood. Clean good sized rooms and big bathrooms. Definitely will stay here again.

I had a very nice stay. Not being familiar with the Seattle area, I called the Hotel to let them know I was coming in late as their checkin time is 3:00 pm and it was after 10:30 pm, then asked for directions and they were great! After my business was finished in downtown, I saw some of the local sites to include Pike's Martet, I recommend that to everyone. The weather was great at 85 with a breeze cause we were having 105+ at home. That was a heatwave for Seattle, but I loved it. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. I will bring my family next time.

My experience was great! Just did not like that fact that I had to pay for internet in my room and that parking is not free.
