The staff were all very friendly and helpful, when needed. Check in and check out we’re both seamless. Sound does carry from surrounding rooms, so if you have a child who startles/awakes easy, that might be a downfall.

Great staff! Great lobby coffee machine! This hotel was booked because of the hot tub amenity. I asked one staff member where the hot tub was located and he indicated he wasn't aware of one. The staff member at the front desk indicated it was waiting for a part. Please update the listing accordingly if this amenity remains unavailable.

Friendly staff and complimentary coffee and cocoa. Breakfast is short and limited, several items were out and staff just standing around talking amongst themselves. They did replenish item upon request. There were several loose hairs found on the bed.
