The hotel is in a great place with shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a lovely area to walk your dog. The room I had was a handicap room. I appreciate that these are available for handicap individuals but I do not like staying in handicap rooms. Overall the room was clean, nice, and quiet.

Room was clean, and ready early. Breakfast buffet quite large. Staff friendly. Close to biking, walking trails, and also lots of shopping and restaurants. This was a short trip, but would stay there again.

It has a great location. Very close to the town center. The rooms are really big and confortable. It does not have many amenities, but there is no need to have as you can walk to the town center and find anything you need.

Quick and painless 1 minute check-in time an excellent improvement over our brutal check-in experience this past July.

We always stay next door at the Marriott Town Center but they were booked this time so we choose instead the Residence Inn. The rooms were clean but usually not attended to until late afternoon. We did not dine at the complimentary breakfast buffet due to over crowding and noise level of children and adults. The front desk staff were unable to find our reservation, due to being new said the senior desk clerk? Not really sure why after giving them our confirmation # we had to unpack our laptop to physically show our reservation. Odd! Would we stay there again, my husband says yes even though he was not happy at check in, I say no thanks. We will stay in the city (Seattle) next July...

Good trip to see family in the area. Nice location because it is near several food establishments that are open late. Although I did not get a chance to eat their free breakfast, it did look appealing.

Nice clean room, great location in Redmond Town Center. Easy drive to Microsoft, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Great location to shopping and restuarants.

The room was great. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed the outside shops and small farmers market nearby.

It was a great experience

I mostly stayed in the room, made light lunches & went on to Explore the surrounding areas: Shopping Centers, The City, & the University not to far off. I would've liked Goose Down pillows, instead of cotton, but thats just being a bit picky. I liked this hotel very much. It had appliances & utensils, It was like a nice apartment. This was very different from my other hotel stays where I just had a microwave, fridge & a coffee maker. I was really impressed.

The hotel met our needs and was in a gret location. Everything was satisfactory except we did not realize that it catered to pets and our room was near dogs that barked into the night. We had already established ourselves in the room and did not request a change. We will check next time because we wish NOT to be near pets .
