*. Noise Disclosure: This listing is located near SeaTac Airport, and there is a long-term tenant in the upstairs unit. You may experience some noise during the day. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. AC Disclosure: There is no AC in the listing. Only tower fans are available.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
