Fantastic Seattle Stay

This condo is clean, spacious, and perfectly situated to explore all that downtown Seattle offers. The proximity to restaurants and attractions is excellent. And the views are incredible.

Be wary

Regrettably, I am leaving a negative review for this property. From start to finish, we enjoyed the property and its view of the water. It’s a very nice and space! However, midway through our stay, my husband stepped on a piece of glass- cutting the bottom of his foot- and realized the window in the dining area had broken. Upon learning this, we contacted the management of the property who came and helped clean the shards up. After checking out, the management of the VRBO asserted we had caused the damage- and decided to withhold the security deposit. This was both surprising and disturbing. They wouldn't provide full pictures of the window and made false claims about the extent of the damage. This was a double paned window- that a bird, the construction happening outside, or some object crashed into taking a piece of the exterior pane and spider web shattering the inside pane. Their investigation was predicated on the damage coming internally, whereas the glass breakage does not support this theory. I’d recommend not booking this VRBO for the sole risk of working with this management group that protects their financial interests ahead of delivering a quality experience and fair service.

Great place and location

This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo was amazing. It was quiet, clean, and had a great view of the waterfront. We love to walk when we visit Seattle so the location was excellent for walks to the waterfront, downtown, and the Seattle Center. Parking was secure and the entire property felt safe. We would note we were glad we drove our sedan instead of our SUV because the parking stalls were a little small.

Best Seattle Location

We visited Seattle for Thanksgiving Week and stayed here for 6 nights. We can’t say enough about the apartment. It was so clean, so well furnished, the layout was perfect, the location was perfect for our plans, and best of all, the views were amazing for when we sat down for dinner or had morning coffee looking over the bay. . Will definitely stay here every time we come to Seattle. You’re close to everything downtown and next to the seaport. Highly recommend!

Perfect West Coast Getaway

This property was perfect for our family weekend getaway (2 adults and 2 teens). The location provided easy walking (scootering and biking) access to all our activities and the steps to pike place market kept up our daily cardio. The view from the main living space kept us entertained anytime we were back from our adventures; it’s truly stunning. The property was well stocked with all amenities and was very quiet making it easy to settle in. Rated 5 stars by all family members - we will definitely return for another adventure!

Beautiful Condo in Great Location!

This property is beautiful - great location, well-stocked, with all the comforts of home. Communication with the management company was good and happy to have the information ahead of our trip as there were videos to watch and instructions to follow for checking in and managing our stay. Overall, we were very happy with this location and will definitely book again if/when we return. We had a wonderful visit to Seattle!

Fabulous Mother Daughter stay

We loved the location, especially the free waterfront shuttle. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. Beautiful views, clean secure lobby and corridors. We would love to stay again sometime.

Great condo!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. While construction out front marred the view a bit (no issue with noise while there), it was delightful to sit on the porch and look out at the water each morning and evening. The proximity to the Pike Place market was great. We had dinner around the market one night and the other two nights we bought fresh fish and cooked in the condo. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans and equipment so we were able to make delicious meals. Having the space to spread out as a family (2 teens) was great too. Would definitely recommend the condo!

Perfect location

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning with coffee. It was perfect to get to Pike’s Place and all attractions Seattle has to offer. We enjoyed the coffee and appreciated the cream in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Perfect location - fabulous view

This was the perfect location for our family trip to Seattle with a fantastic view from the living room, kitchen, dining room and outdoor patio. It was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you would expect in a home. It was great to have the washer and dryer to extend the life of our clothes throughout our trip. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We had a fantastic time and will surely be back again.

Perfect 4 days in Seattle

This VRBO unit is clean, the beds and bedding are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and it is well located close to many attractions. The owner is extremely communicative. But none of that matters as much as THAT VIEW! The photos don't do it justice - I don't think they can. We had perfect weather and spent every evening on the deck watching the sun set over the mountains, shining on the water. It was spellbinding. My adult daughter and I had a wonderful few days - visiting Pike Place Market daily (a quick walk/elevator ride), seeing the Chihuly Museum & Gardens (ah.maz.ing.), seeing a Kraken game, Bainbridge Island, Discovery Park, Capital Hill, and the Seattle Art Museum. Many of them were walking distance. Oh, and we ate SO MUCH seafood. There are an endless number of fabulous restaurants for every taste within walking distance. (Almost always uphill - haha!) As much as I enjoyed the other neighborhoods, I don't think I'd ever return and stay anywhere else. Waking up to and going to sleep to the spectacular view of the snow capped mountains was just too amazing to ever pass up.

Amazing Seattle Stay

Perfectly located, very quiet despite being near all the fun activities. Check in and check out was easy. Great communication with the property managers. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
