The space features a queen bed, modern kitchenette with induction cooktop and dishwasher, calm sage cabinetry, and a spa-style bath with heated bidet. Includes a dedicated workspace, coffee nook, and in-suite Peloton, weights, and workout mat. Centrally located near Fremont, Ballard, and Downtown.

Pets count toward the total number of adult guests, so please include them in both the adult and pet count.
Please keep pets leashed and take them to use the bathroom outside the fenced area. The tree lawn on Greenwood and the area near the Bowdoin trash bins are easy nearby spots.

A $175 fee per pet applies. Airbnb only auto-adds one pet fee, so additional pets may be billed separately.
Care of the Space
A $75 change fee applies for reservation changes such as early check-in or late checkout (when available).
Excessive cleaning may be billed. Smoking isn’t allowed, and leaving cigarette butts on the porch or outside areas will result in a $100 smoking cleaning fee.

Pros: Good location. Quiet. Nicely appointed. Affordable. Minimal but functional kitchen.
Cons: bathroom not built for tall humans. No fan or AC and no screens to open windows. Entry way area in mid-remodel with exposed insulation and water heaters. Numerous personal items left throughout the space.
It is absolutely functional but feels like a college apartment. Carrying full size luggage in and out was challenging due to layout of entry path. Felt comfortable and slept well. Street parking was free and within a block of the apartment. Coffee shops and restaurants and grocery nearby.
