Perfect for Visitors who are in need of a home away from home while visiting relatives for the holidays, attending a wedding, family gathering, shower, or special birthday. The full basement has bicycles, washer, dryer, and half bathroom. Crisp, clean sheets, blankets, towels provided. No groups of high school or college students please. I rent to families with children or couples over 30. Adult groups of more than 2 need to be over 30 years old.
