Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom beach home in Seaside Heights! We are just steps from the beach and family friendly boardwalk.

The open layout features large windows, a bright living area, and a modern kitchen with updated appliances.

Both bedrooms are generously sized, with the master offering a king size bed and ample closet space, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a closet. Both bedrooms have smart TVs.

Our comfortable living room has a plush couch with a smart TV.

Come and create memories and build an annual tradition of vacationing at our beach home!

Our space is bright and airy, you can simply relax on the comfortable furniture or drop your bags and head to the beach!

You may use the common area dining tables and the BBQ grill.
Primary guest must be a minimum of 25 years old, identification will be required prior to approval.

This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. Super clean; two bathrooms; an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. And Island beach is a ten minute drive away.

Our stay

Our stay at 123 Franklin Ave was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless and offered plenty of space for our small group of six. There was also more than enough room outdoors to host a few guests comfortably.We really appreciated the added amenities, especially the patio and grill — they made our time even more enjoyable. The home is tucked away in a quiet, secluded area, which gave us a strong sense of privacy and safety.Overall, the security and peaceful location made it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here!
