The property was basically as stated in the description. Very responsive and accommodating host. Parking excellent. Great location in relation to beach and boardwalk.

Family vacation for 4th

This property is reasonably priced and close to the beach in North Seaside Heights. The owner was responsive to emails. One recommendation is that the property be more thoroughly cleaned between visitors, as it only deserved 4 stars on this item.

Just ok.......not great

3 small bedrooms on second floor up a very steep staircase. You have to go through one bedroom to gete to another. Young children and people with mobility problems should not stay here because of the stairs. One small bathroom on the first floor has no fan and is always damp and musty. The place is ok because of its location, but just barely ok.

Unsatisfied

The cleaning crew did a terrible job. There was no broom or any wipes for the swiffer to get the sand off the floor when we arrived. We had one roll of toilet paper. We went out and bought spray for the ants in the kitchen. There was no dishwasher or hair dryer that was listed on the property site and the sheets were very pilly. We could not find the free beach passes and there was not enough parking on the site. I had to pay for a total day until someome moved. I would not recommend this site.

Convenient!

Was a convenient location- close to the beach and we had a great bbq outside. Kind of a noisier area but it was also MDW. Property manager was extremely responsive!

Nice location and easy access.

We stayed here midweek and just after Labor Day. The property is just the right size for a small group or family. It has a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a 2 bedroom suite with a double and 2 twin beds that are connected. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so stairs could be tricky for older family members. Bathroom is on the 1st floor. The outdoor showers were great after a day at the beach and the location is good too. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, needs attention to detail when cleaning

I was happy with communication with the owner before the stay, she was very responsive. If only the cleaning crew was as good it would of been a better stay. We started our visit with having to wait until after 5 to get into the unit the cleaning lady was vacuuming when we arrived. When unpacking our groceries I realized that the kitchen had not been cleaned. The touch areas were really dirty. The microwave had stuff baked on the plate. The trend continued into the other rooms to include the bedrooms having Cheetos in the bed and under the bed and sand on the sheets in another. Also all rooms were missing top sheets. In the living area the couch cushions had so much dirt under them, it was horrible. Accent pillows had food on them. We had rain the first day so we spent more time in the unit, no luck in getting tv service with hurricane Henri close it would of been nice. The unit is located close to the beach which was convenient. My advice is to concentrate on your three “c’s” as stated in your listing. Thank you

We had a great time perfect location. had a little problem with the internet but kishore went over and above to help very nice manger great communication would definitely stay there again. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT TIME AND MEMORIES THE MEANEY FAMILY

Fantastic Shore Stay Location!

This is an excellent rental! The location is a block and a half from the boardwalk, down the street from Hooks bar and near the Jersey shore house. Kishore was courteous and responsive. Dog friendly (fees less expensive than most places). Clean and well decorated for a shore house. Also the bed spreads were new, clean and good quality (they are still unused as we brought our own). My only notes are that the shower needed a cleaning before use, but this may have been an oversight due to us being the first tenants and the place had clearly been cleaned and was sitting. The property also only has one bathroom. All in all I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend if nothing else for the price and location. This is a must book for younger shoregoers!
