This was an amazing location if you want to go to the beach and do the boardwalk. Plus a very short walk to the water parks and other fun attractions. Couldn’t beat the location for the price. My only slight issues were the fact that the bunk bed was definitely not good for 2 people. The “mattress” on the top bunk is too thin to be a mattress, more like a mattress topper, and the bottom “mattress” on the futon was closer to the size of a twin just resting on a full size mattress topper. Therefore, the person sleeping on the top bunk did not sleep very well. Luckily, there were only 3 of us on the second night so it worked out perfectly then. Also, there were some bugs - a few ants and flies - but that’s also to be expected at a beach house so it really didn’t bother us. Other than that, the place was really great for what we needed and it was easy to clean up after ourselves due to the size. I would definitely recommend this place but only for 3 people max. Super easy to get in and out, having 1 parking space was a plus and the host was helpful. Had lots of fun!

Perfect in every way. We stayed for a 3-day weekend, myself, mother in law, and 2 kids. Perfect location and perfect size for 4 people. The distance to the beach and pier was perfect. Great place for a family with young kids.

Enjoyable Oct stay

Small cottage perfect for couple and dog or even small family. Place was clean and comfortable with private outdoor space. Our stay was in early Oct so was very quiet.

The place was great a few blocks from the boardwalk and we'll kept. Perfect place for a couple and a dog. Jim was great and the place was quiet and private. I would stay there again for sure.

Make sure you know what to bring

The place was cute and the location was great. The outdoor space was great. Everything was exactly where they said it would be. However, I got my check in instructions the day before and with tying up loose ends with work and getting my family ready, I didn’t have a chance to really read the instructions before we left. Please note that this place does not have bath towels or sheets for the beds. It is also not very clean. There was sand in one of the beds and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. We made the most of it and enjoyed our stay but I would not go back to that location again.

Fun at the Bungalow

We enjoyed our two night stay at this cute property. It was perfect for my husband and two children (ages 7 & 9). We walked to restaurants and boardwalk both days. The outdoor space was private and comfortable. There was a small coffee both and keurig! I highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed and a wonderful host!

Located w few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Clean property with all you need including a great patio w a BBQ. Can't say enough about the host and how accommodating he was. So very kind and went above and beyond my expectations! We will definitely be renting from him again. If you need a place for a small group, look no further. This is it.

Wonderful stay

This little bungalow was perfect for my husband and I. Our Boston terrier enjoyed it also. The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the fenced in courtyard. Wonderful stay.

No frills

Place was ok for a short stay but found some hairs and dirt around, and the bunkbed mattresses were so thin you could feel springs on your back. There was no soap, towels, sheets, or basic things like salt and pepper. Bathroom door squeaked really loudly. Again, it was fine but didn’t really feel like a place that is well tended or that you wanted to spend much time.
