Welcome to our newly built beach house in the heart of Seaside Heights! Just a 4 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, rides, waterpark and more!

Inside, you'll discover a beautifully designed home with an abundance of character. The ground level features a 1 car garage for extra parking and an outdoor grilling area in the back with a shower rinse off station.

Walk up to the main floor and enjoy an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with a covered front deck for outdoor dining or relaxing. The main floor also features a queen bedroom with attached full bathroom.

The second floor features three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is attached to the primary bedroom which also features its own private balcony.

The top floor features an additional living area with a wet bar and extra large outdoor deck with perfect views of the ferris wheel, and maybe even a summertime fireworks display.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Stress-Free Stay

This rental was exactly what was needed for our family following a funeral mass and celebration of life for my mother. The house was beautifully furnished and perfectly laid out to allow for adult children separate spaces to gather. The location was ideal, as well. The walk to the boardwalk and beach was a stress-free enjoyment with the included beach wagon, chairs and cooler. No car needed!

Perfect Beach House

This house was perfection! The property was beautiful and the pictures show the space exactly as is. The house fit 6 of us with plenty of room to be together but also space to spread out. The walk to the beach was two short blocks and all of the beach equipment and passes were included (a major bonus!) The sunset from the top desk is spectacular. My family and I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again!

Oasis in Seaside Heights

The home was such a great space for our group. The multiple decks and living spaces offered many opportunities for the teens enjoy their space at their time and the adults do the same in another space—all under one roof. The hole is wonderfully decorated with style and comfort. Bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces are well thought out for comfort and design. Plenty of extra thought was made when welcoming the guests. Plenty of beach equipment, very sufficient kitchen amenities/supplies.
