Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. There is parking in the carport and common lot area, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is parking for two vehicles.
As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $40 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. Guests do not need to rush over to the store to start their stay, as a 'starter set' of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As SBI is a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. As of this year, for weeklong stays, each vehicle is subject to a $45 gate pass fee. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited.
CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Perfect, quiet getaway
Came down for a 3 night stay; the house was exactly as pictured and very clean. Plenty of room to move around for all 5 of us. My kids LOVED the loft! Less than 5 min walk to the community pool. It was clean also.
All of the extra beach chairs, bikes and umbrella, made the trip to the beach so much more convenient. Great proximity to the ocean- a short 5-7 minute walk, but you can easily drive and park on the street at designated walkways. Uncrowded beaches which was exactly what we were looking for.
We had one minor issue that was out of the owners control, but she corrected asap! Would definitely stay here again and I 100% recommend!

Good place to stay with family
The listing was as described. We loved being on the private island of Seabrook. There weren’t a lot of “tourists” or traffic. It’s quite serene. The beach access was great. We loved the beach club. The island felt very safe. We let our teenage girls bike around the island and weren’t at all concerned about their safety. We also had an our 1 year old and he loved crawling/walking around the villa.
Betty was very communicate and quite responsive before, during, and after our stay.
Downside: palmetto bugs. We’ve vacationed in Florida and other beach towns and never encountered these bugs. Apparently, it’s a South Carolina coast thing. They sometimes came inside the villa but we didn’t see more than 3 or 4 of them.
If you vacation there, I’d say that you should know that Seabrook/Kiawah are unique islands. Get 30a/Florida out of your head. It feels like you’re in a forest with all of the trees and foliage. We loved it all but weren’t expecting the difference of what we’d experienced it all.
We stayed a full 7 days and would do it all over again if we ever came back to the area.

Great trip
Our family had a great trip to Seabrook. The owner was very responsive to my questions regarding access to the island. I appreciated her taking the time to ensure we had a nice vacation. We enjoyed riding bikes on the beach and to the Pelican's Nest. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay.

This property is even better than the pictures show. LOTS of nice touches like bikes and other equipment, helpful notes and brochures, books left out for our kids, etc. Perfect sized space for a vacation. If we ever come back to this part of SC this is where we'd stay. You can tell this is a VRBO with an individual owner by how well it is cared for. Great stay!

Great trip- amazing owner communication
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa! It’s spacious, clean and has plenty of sleeping areas. It has great views and seating from every porch. It’s a very quick, simple walk to the beach, however the boardwalk gets hot in the afternoon making for a grumpy walk back with two young kids and elderly mother in tow. :) Just keep in mind when timing your beach time!
The owner went above and beyond to help my family after check-out. We were very thankful for her gracious, thorough communication!

Great place for family beach vacation
We have stayed at this lovely beach home several times. That should say it all! It's a comfortable lovely home that is great for us and our two adult children. Easy trek to the beach, lovely neighborhood pool 1 minute away by bike and now there are multiple bikes with the home that are in great condition. We'll be back.

Great location, we knew going in that blinds were broken, but some electrical outlet’s were loose and didn’t necessarily work right. Bedding and furniture very comfortable the only major disappointment we had was the master bathroom had somebody’s hair lip was attached to the clean towels and loose hair in the sink

An excellent place to stay
This place was nearly perfect. Reasonably-priced, a communicative host, good proximity to the beach, and the place came with a bunch of great amenities (bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.). The single downside is NOT a knock on the property, but more a result of the size of the island--if you want to travel off-island, it does take quite a while to get somewhere!
Betty was a great host from the beginning--she answered questions pre-booking, sent us several messages about our stay in advance, and was available for questions while we were there (we didn't need anything, but it was nice to know we could have contacted her).
The house had a nice lived-in feel with lots of personal touches, which we enjoyed. The A/C worked just fine, as did the dishwasher, washer/dryer, and refridgerator. Separate sleeping spaces for our children worked out well, especially the loft area, which my 2 girls loved.
Don't expect views of the beach (blocked by trees), although it was a pretty short walk (just over 1/4 mile, I think). It is too bad that we came from far away and probably won't make it back again. This was a great place to stay!

Peaceful, Comfortable and Relaxing
Sealoft Villa was a perfect place for our cousins reunion. The house was clean, comfortable, and had just about everything you could need for a relaxing stay near the beach. With three sleeping areas and two bathrooms, the layout of the villa was ideal for our group of four. We especially loved the peaceful golf course neighborhood location.
Communication with the owner was exceptional. She really seemed to care that her guests enjoyed their stay. I would love to go back one day!
