Important Things to Know:
This property has full Seabrook Island Club Access. Once you pre-register for your Digital Amenity Pass (no charge), you will have access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, and Club Dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.
Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.
Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.

Neither of the locks worked for access at first we finally were able to get a key out and we used this for our trip! Possibly better communication on accessing the pools and beaches and how to reserve chairs etc. If possible offering beach chairs and allowing pets below 40 lbs with a fee would be great! Maybe some blankets and a grill in the future. Otherwise the venue was great for a long weekend. Would also be nice for holiday weekends to include activities on the island or nearby island?

The condo was fine. Just needs a few updates. The beds are comfortable and it was well stocked. It needs a deep cleaning. The horrible part was the management company. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and the second time we had a parking pass fiasco. The management company is horrible to work with and get in touch with. If you stay at this lovely condo, be sure you receive a QR code for your parking pass.
