Bright, Renovated & Modern with Amenity Cards
Welcome to 157 High Hammock Villa, a beautiful, bright first floor on a sought-after street. Near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and a short, half-mile to the beach, this property is new to our rental program and recently, completely renovated. With amenity cards included in the rent, guests have access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, club dining, golf and tennis.(Additional fees apply for activities except outdoor pool usage.)
The living room offers plush seating, a large screen TV, and access to the private ground floor patio. The dining area has a table with seating for four. The kitchen breakfast bar providing additional seating for two. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and is well stocked for cooking, baking, and serving.
The master bedroom featured a king bed, television, closet and a private bath. The bath has a granite topped vanity and walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the guest bath with shower in the hallway. There are also sliding doors out to the patio from this bedroom.
A stackable washer and dryer is located off the hall entry for convenience, and there is a iron and ironing board.
The villa also features strong Wi-Fi.
The villa's central yet peaceful location make it a guest favorite.
BEACH: 0.5 miles away CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity Cards included. Access to Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, tennis. Lakehouse outdoor pool accessible too. POOL: access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. Outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House are also included. PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex. CHILDREN: Children welcome. LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates. PET POLICY: No pets please. LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.
CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
