The Space:

The home is in a peaceful area and spacious enough to accommodate up to 7 guests. Vacationers will find themselves in a prime location for strolling along the bluffs. A leisurely drive down the coast will take you to art centers, shopping, and dining. The Del Mar Rec Center and Marine preserve are within walking distance. A dedicated EV charger is available on-site for guests’ use, free of charge.



Upon entering the home, you will be welcomed by the main living space with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large oversized windows allowing for an abundance of natural light and magnificent views of the surrounding meadow. The living room features a stone fireplace. Light a fire on a chilly night when the coastal wind picks up to create a cozy ambiance. You and your loved ones will enjoy sinking into the sectional couch in front of the 42" flat screen TV. Put a movie in the DVD player and unwind. WiFi is also provided to make you feel at home. A full guest bathroom can be found down the hall for sharing.



A few strides to the other side of the living space will bring you to a roomy kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has ample counter space for a chef to whip up their favorite meals. Call everyone to dinner at the dining table with seating for six to eat a home cooked meal together. If you would prefer an alfresco dining experience, you will love the outdoor decks on this property. A front deck is enclosed with a BBQ and private hot tub. Heat up the BBQ and grill a tasty treat. Take a deep soak in the hot tub, which is the perfect spot to stargaze at night. The back deck is situated with a patio table and chairs. Dine and sip on a glass of wine out here while you get lost in the mesmerizing surroundings of lush meadows and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.



When you are ready to retire for the night, there are three bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed, TV, and doors to a deck facing the meadow. Your morning routine will be slow and tranquil in the master bathroom as you relax in the spa tub. There are also dual sinks and a standalone shower. The first guest bedroom similarly has a Queen-sized bed and patio doors facing the meadow. The second guest bedroom is suitable for housing the kids as it has a bunk bed and single Twin-sized bed.



Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.



The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
