I highly recommend this house for a family or friend gathering. There is a lot of space for hanging out as a group or you can find a private space for yourself. The house is right on the main bluff walk easily accessible to a beautiful black sand beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill was easily acccessible and worked.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The photos truly don’t do it justice, almost every window offers a stunning view. The house is very well appointed and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need.The host was communicative and quick to respond, which was especially helpful during a brief power outage that lasted only a few hours.One feature we loved was the layout. There are two upstairs living rooms in addition to the downstairs living room, which made it easy for the kids to have their own space while the adults could relax separately.We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 20th stay in a Sea Ranch house. This time for my 70th birthday. This is a very nice house with a wonderful common area and several alternative areas for separate activities. I would definitely return if the hot tub were functional.

Gorgeous host, responsive property managers, week stocked kitchen, clean, incredibly comfortable beds, couches etc. Lovely furnishings. BIG ISSUE -- the hot tub is not operating and the listing didn't disclose that ahead of time.

Location was close to bluff trail. Kitchen was amazing, top of the line appliances and cookware. Had everything we needed. Perfect for our golden retriever. Views from every window and multiple decks to relax on. Definitely would like to return.

Beautiful house in great location. A few things need attention to live up to the listing in full. The biggest one is that the house water began tasting of rust on our second morning. Smaller items that took some time to deal with included the grill not being clean and the ignition not working requiring removal of grill surface to light manually. Also the sound system in the downstairs living room was not working when the TV was on (three different people spent 20 minutes each trying to get it working). Grand welcome communicated a lot with us but was unable to address any of these issues.

Beautiful Oceanside Home

The entire house was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and completely prepared for our stay. Our group was 100% pleased with our entire time there. It is a short walk to the ocean shore and nearby beaches. It was all around so peaceful and quiet. A wonderful getaway and we have already booked another stay at this property.

Beautiful but needs attention

Lovely views, lots of space to spread out, and a great kitchen to work in. Comfy beds and linens. Can't beat the proximity to walking trails and beaches. Had a wonderful weekend here! However, interactions with Grand Welcome, the property manager, were challenging and disappointing. Some of the home's amenities are difficult to use (specifically the hot tub and upstairs heat) and the provided instructions are either unclear or wrong.

Great Property

Spacious, clean, custom-built property with fine finishes. Close to the ocean and trails with ocean views but more limited views than properties directly facing the ocean. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. While the house was well appointed, we suggest a couple of additions: an electric water pot or tea kettle to boil water and chaise loungers for outside (only straight back chairs available). The garden could be beautiful with a little TLC. Thanks for hosting us.
