Catch plenty of those California rays lounging on the home’s spacious deck or patio, a garden-like setting for turning the pages of a good book or enjoying a delicious lunch al fresco. A bubbling hot tub is waiting to help ease the rest of your troubles away as you indulge in a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the horizon.



As you venture away from the home to explore the greater area, grab a bite to eat at one of many delicious restaurants serving up everything from fresh local fare to international delights, all with a side of gorgeous coastal views. The charming city of Gualala is only an 8-minute drive north, where you can discover even more outdoor activities, shopping, and dining.



Inside the home, soaring wood-paneled ceilings sit atop an open floorplan bathed in light from the abundance of windows. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower with skylight.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and view of the garden and distant ocean view.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3,000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website, while trails and beaches are open.
