The home is equipped with high speed internet & cable, gas grill, new deck furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen with Kuerig and dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, NEW central air replaced in May of 2019 and dual zone heating & cooling, ceiling fans, garage storage, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and bikes. There is an enclosed outside shower with a fenced in, private back yard! The driveway parks two cars with additional street parking.
