Additional Fees & Requirements

-Guests must sign our rental agreement and the booking guest must upload a valid ID prior to check-in.
-A $500 security deposit hold is required (credit card).
-Early check-in or late check-out available for $30 each, subject to availability.
-Additional guests: $5 per night per person after 2 guests.
