Excellent, super clean, very friendly staff and breakfast is very good, have a good vegetable for breakfast for vegan people. I can't just believe that the hotel is exceptionally good for just a 3 star hotel. Overall, the hotel is very clean, very organized and have a calm environment. The tram is just a very short ride from the hotel to the city center, just 2 stops and the walk from the hotel to the tram station is just a 5 min walk, basically 2 small blocks away. I am planning to stay in this hotel for my future travel to Bern again. I will recommend this hotel to all our friends planning to visit Bern. Bellisima! Ausgezeichnet! Exceptionalle!

Lovely stay in the heart of Gruyères
Excellent location right in the heart of beautiful Gruyères village. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very convenient for exploring the castle, restaurants and surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere of staying inside the historic village rather than outside it. A lovely base for our two-night stay and we would happily stay here again.
