"We did not bring our dog - we did see other residents with them. The staff was incredibly friendly. Although our accessible room was not ready when we arrived (as the special request was not transmitted by Expedia) - the day front desk manager, Henry stayed until it was set, and helped us to bring our stuff into the room. He talked with my husband at breakfast the next day and sincerely wanted to know how the room worked for him to navigate in the wheelchair. Jack, and all the other staff were great. Place is brand new and immaculate, and fully accessible with wide doorways, excellent parking and entry. "

"The staff was very hospitable and responsive. Overall, the room was clean. My stay was satisfactory. There were two items of concern: 1) I was overcharged for snacks I purchased. 2) Gunk found in the bathroom sink."

"As we got there to check in, we had to wait to get our keys to the room because the computer was down. Then when we got to the room, the room was good! But the toilet had to be flushed like 3+ times to just flush the toilet paper. Then we went down to use the hot tub and myself and the two other ladies went to go in due to our backs and hips having issues, the hot tub was cold! The pool was cloudy and not all that clean! We noticed on the bed next to the window, there was something smeared on the head board! Then we went down to breakfast the next morning and when I had my cereal, after drinking the milk, I found out that the milk was sour! I did not notice this as I was eating only when I finished it! Not the happiest with these issues! Thank you, "
