Great stay. Clean room. Had to go to work early and Tina was kind enough to do us some coffee and toast before we left. Proper breakfast on the second morning was very welcome

Will definately stay again, brekkie was lovely The house was trimmed up for Christmas & it looked amazing! There is a suite which you can request, it is like home from home Thanks Tina & Shaun for looking after us

Lovely place to stay

Great place to stay, well maintained, fantastic breakfast with a warm welcoming friendly environment. Just a short walk to the beach and town centre. Really enjoyed our stay and we couldn't ask for a more. Highly recommend to stay here.

A lovely spotless cosy hotel, comfortable rooms, very friendly host and serving staff. Food excellent, very convenient location, I could recommend a stay there for anyone. Mark and Peter.

As always a great place to stay. Tina is very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, breakfast is excellent and the location is very convenient for the sea-front and town.

The breakfast choice was excellent, from full English to lighter cereal and yogurt options. Our room was bright, clean and well appointed. The new lounge area of the junior suite is very nicely laid out and a lovely space to enjoy an hour or so with a book and glass of wine!
