It is an excellent location, beautiful sea view rooms overlooking south bay, close to local amenities, there is a lift to take you down to the seafront and back again, only cost £2.50, I recommend it for the view. Rooms are serviced every day, great friendly staff, great restaurant and it’s dog friendly too, don’t take my word for it! Just go and enjoy 😊

Rooms was very nice especially with the sea view but what mostly stood out was how polite and caring the staff where any problem we had they fixed so a big thank you to them.
