Casa Los Osos is located in Las Gemelas, a private beachfront compound located on the quiet north side of Sayulita. Las Gemelas includes six lovely homes surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Enjoy beautiful ocean views from your patio. The large swimming pool has a great shallow area for the younger members of your family. The pool is shared by the complex, it is only steps away from the house, and is located right off the beach.

The modern kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals if choose to dine at home. There is a large dining table in the living area where you can enjoy great meals with family and friends. If you decide to dine out there is a vast array of Sayulita eateries. There are several north side restaurants within walking distance. If you want to see the town center of Sayulita it is only a ten minute, flat walk.

The house includes three air conditioned bedrooms.
The Master with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom with a king size bed and a seperate bathroom with a shower, that is shared with the bunk room.
There is a third bedroom with a bunk bed which is perfect for kids or if you share the house with friends. Casa los Osos sleeps 6 comfortably.

Beautiful paradise

What a gorgeous spot in Sayulita! It’s just steps away from the beach and features a warm pool along with plenty of lounging chairs. The view is beautiful! Our host, Lia, was very accommodating and attentive to our needs.We were a family of five, and we all felt more than comfortable during our stay. We mostly dined out since there are numerous restaurants just a five-minute walk away. In under 10 minutes, you can find any dining option you might need. The location is perfect, although the beds are a bit hard but still bearable. We also went on a beautiful hike to Hidden Beach to watch the sunset, which was breathtaking. I highly recommend contacting Jair at Hike Sayulita for this adventure.I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Lia, for all the accommodations you provided during our stay! As a side note, it’s suggested to tip 100 USD for a week's stay to the house cleaner, who does a fantastic job!

This property is a gem.

We were blessed with the opportunity to stay at this property from March 23 through 30. It is part of a group of approximately 6 cottage on the shore by Sayulita. It is an idyllic setting within walking distance of the dynamic city of Sayulita. The house is immaculate and there is daily cleaning. The house is close to town (walking distance). It is a lovely place with a great beach and beautiful infinity pool. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. We would definitely love to return!!

Great Property

We had a wonderful time at this property. We really enjoyed this beachfront property. This house was very clean, and the property manager was responsive to our needs. The location of this property worked very well for us and was within walking distance to some great restaurants and local markets. Sayulita is a great little town with fantastic people both local and travelers. We can't wait to get back here in the coming years.

Perfect location for our needs

Lovely bungalow for 3 adults. Situated just right for loafing with pool and beach out front. Killer view of towering palms and ocean. Can't say enough good things about the manager and our only disappointment is that we are excellent cooks and thought the aluminum cooking pans and utensils (not one sharp knife) could really use an upgrade. Next trip we'll bring a sharpener stone. Treat yourself to this wonderful spot in Mexico.

Fantastic Stay at Casa Los Osos

We had a great stay at Casa Los Osos! The house was as advertised, clean and comfortably cool. The proximity to the pool & the beach was appreciated by all, and we liked that it is just outside the bustle of downtown but still has many great restaurants & groceries within a 1-5 minute walk. We really appreciate the owner’s & Lia’s willingness to reschedule our stay when the COVID pandemic first shut down travel back in 2020. Lia was very helpful & responsive during the booking process, was there to greet us with a big smile upon arrival, and answered all our questions during our stay. Yocelin was lovely as well, very helpful & kept the house sparking clean. We look forward to seeing Lia & Yocelin again, hopefully one day soon, when we return to Sayulita.

FANTASTIC!

We have stayed at Las Gemelas 3 times now. LOVE IT!!!!! We stayed at Los Osos this time and it was PERFECT! This home is stunning, and the house manager, Lia, is incredible.
