The newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with vaulted ceilings comfortably sleeps 8 and includes an entertainment wall full of books, record player, walkie talkies, games and guitar.

The huge back yard surrounded by mature trees has everything you need to unwind, including a tree house for the kids, fire pit and Adirondack chairs.

Great stay right by Warren Dunes

This house was perfect for a friends weekend! The house is lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We walked to Warren Dunes every day. Great neighborhood and quiet street. Everything we could have wanted! Thanks Matt & Tracy! ☺️

Great Place for Family

We had a wonderful experience and Sawyer, MI is a quiet little town. The house was everything we hoped and more! Everything was so clean and the house was perfectly furnished for our stay. Our kids loved the bunk room, toys and treehouse. The owner graciously left us with provisions for s’mores that we loved by the whole group!

Great Experience!

This was our first time staying in a vacation rental, and Matt and Tracy set the bar really high! We instantly felt at home. Check-in was super easy, the property was clean and ready for all seven of us. Loved the record collection (great taste in music!), the treehouse, the functionality of the kitchen. The towels were soft, we had fresh cucumbers from the garden, and our kids had a great time with the walkie talkies and the treehouse. I can’t praise this little place enough! It did end up raining for 2 of the 3 days we were in town so we werent able to enjoy the firepit, but we grilled out on our last night, and I found a snail near the fence the morning we left. Loved the local wildlife and the quiet, secluded location. It truly was our home away from home for a few days, and we'd love to visit again. Thank you so much for such wonderful hospitality!

Perfect location, great house

We had an amazing weekend at this house! We came up to Sawyer with the intentions of going to the beach but the weather had different plans for us. Even though we didn't get as much beach time as we hoped the house had plenty to keep us busy. My kids loved the treehouse. They probably spend 90% of the weekend out there. The hosts were super nice and even let us check in a little bit early. Upon check out there we're not any ridiculous chores to do and they were not sitting there waiting for us as I have experienced and many other VRBOs, which was nice. We appreciated the supplies that were on hand and loved the gift of s'mores from the hosts. The house was a perfect size for our mixed group of family and friends. The lot is amazing and the location cannot be beat. It's super close to the dunes and Central to most things in Sawyer. Everything we went to was about 8 minutes from the house! We will definitely be back
