A gallery/library overlooking the park leads to the three bedrooms upstairs. They are all equipped with air conditioning, a 160x200 bed and two 90x190 bunk beds. The first has a toilet and a sink, while the others have a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue. Linens, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, heating, and electricity are included. Pet supplement (dog only): €20 per stay/dog (cats not accepted). A private swimming pool is at your disposal (unheated, salt-water pool, size 5mx10m, depth 1.10m to 1.40m, roller shutter, open from mid-April to mid-October). You will appreciate the charm of this beautiful 19th century residence, completely renovated in a large wooded park. A 400 hectare plot of land and woods is located 500m from the property where you can go on numerous hikes and follow a Landart trail and a dry stone hut trail. Many tourist sites to visit in the surrounding area, such as Brantôme (the Venice of Périgord), St. Jean-de-Côle, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages in France," as well as Périgueux (City of Art and History), or the Château de Hautefort and its famous gardens.
